I finally completed my web novel, Living The Life In An AI Slop Story. Thanks to everyone who gave it a read. If you haven’t read it and enjoy 4th wall-breaking comedy or urban fantasy, check it out on the Good Novel app/website.
My story, Diya’s Fiancé, featured in December Writing Contest – Season 2 – 2025 anthology by White Falcon Publishing. The story is a short urban fantasy where Sandhya investigates Siddharth to see if he is worthy of Diya, only to bite more than she can chew.
Excerpt
Late into the night, when most of the city was asleep, the Zero Hour Club was awake and partying hard. The DJ played EDM at full volume, the club’s soundproof walls preventing the noise from going out and waking the neighbours. Its occupants swayed with the music, letting stress flow out of their bodies.
But not everyone in the club was here to party. Sandhya was here for a man, who was having a drink at the bar.
“That’s him,” Sandhya pointed him out to her friends.
“Are you sure we need to investigate him?” Kavya asked, “He doesn’t look like the cheating type.”
Indeed, other than the fact that Siddharth was in a nightclub, he didn’t seem like the party animal type. He was in semi-formal, quietly drinking without interacting with anyone. He pushed up his spectacles every now and then but otherwise hadn’t moved from his spot for the past fifteen minutes.
“We can’t risk it, you know what type of men Diya keeps falling for,” Sandhya said firmly.
“Not all her boyfriends were bad,” Kavya retorted.
“Like Dev, who was not two-timing but three-timing Diya,” Shreya pointed out.
“Or Yash, who was a toxic and abusive piece of shit,” Riya added.
“Or Sebastian, who was dating Prajakta on the side,” Divya added.
“Okay, so Diya does not have a good track record of boyfriends,” Kavya accepted.
“Which is why we need to make sure her fiancé is right for her,” Sandhya said.

I am pleased to announce that my poetry collection book, Captured Musings, has been published and is available for sale. The book was written as part of the 21-day challenge by BookLeaf Publishing, in which I had to write one poem every day for 21 days.
